What to expect

Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a natural plant ally known to gently ease anxiety, open the heart, and support deeper connection. It assists in supporting mood regulation, promoting relaxation, and enhancing social connection. Kanna is also associated with improved focus, stress management, pain relief, and can facilitate gentle states of spiritual exploration.

Together, we will explore connecting with the use of Kanna, combining heart opening and social connection.

Each session will offer a unique experience, guided by a rotating collective of healing practitioners and guest musicians. Your level of participation is entirely your choice.

You are welcome to attend alone, with friends, family, or as a couple, creating your own "nesting" space to share the experience in a way that feels natural and supportive. You may use this time to explore meditation, receive nourishing touch, draw or journal, or work through blocks.

A warm, nourishing meal and herbal teas will be served afterwards.
