The training

Learning to read the body.

Over twelve weeks, in a small and committed circle, you'll be trained to track what the body is holding and to move energy with skill and reverence. This is hands-on, embodied work — theory met with practice, and practice held in ceremony.

You'll learn to journey and return with what's needed, to work with oracle and trance, and to hold space the body can trust to lead it somewhere unfamiliar. We gather on the land, marking the thresholds of the path with drum, breath and intention.

Case Studies

Real client work, tracked and unpacked together, so you learn to read the body and trust what you sense.

Practice Labs

Hands-on, supervised sessions where you build your technique in a supportive circle before taking it into the world.

Traditional Folklore

The myths, maps and lineage our work grows from, drawn from the old stories and the Nordic shamanic tradition of Seiðr.

Outdoor Ceremonies

Rites of passage held on the land, marking the thresholds of the journey with drum, breath and intention.

Week 02Tracking & Basic Healing
Deepen your tracking and start moving energy with the foundations of hands-on healing.
Week 03Energy Healing & Drum Journeying
Work with energy directly, carried and supported by the rhythm of the drum.
Week 04Tree of Life
Explore the Tree of Life as a living map of the body, the soul, and the worlds we travel.
Week 05Trance Mediumship
Enter trance and learn to hold, mediate and give voice to what moves through you.
Week 06Public Practice Lab
Bring your skills into a supported public lab, working with real people.
Week 07Trance Mediumship
Return to trance work, refining your capacity to hold space and stay grounded.
Week 08Advanced Healing & Oracular Divination
Pair advanced healing with oracle and divination practice.
Week 09Advanced Healing & Oracular Divination
Continue deepening advanced healing and oracular work.
Week 10Death Rite
Work with the death rite — endings, grief, and marking transitions.
Week 11Closing Ceremony
Gather in ceremony to honour the journey and integrate all you've learned.
Week 12Public Practice Labs
Finish the course with a public practice lab. Continuous practice labs and ongoing workshops to help you step fully and confidently into your own practice post training.
