Plan on leaving with your heart warm and fuzzy! This a valentines special where we hope to share in heart magic. We will enjoy an array of practices such as mantra, pranayama, meditation and sound to bring you back to centre and ready to share your own heart magic with the world.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and anything to create your nest with - shawl, blanket, socks etc.

We will finish with a bowl of soul, tea and a yarn to finish the evening.
